It depends on how much you do. Personally I think that is someone spends hours exercising every day, it is pretty sad. What kind of life is that? I'd rather weigh twice what I do now than waste that much time doing something I don't enjoy. Sure if the person enjoys exercising than that might be something different...
When I meet a guy that is "ripped" I can’t help but wonder where his priorities are.
I don't spend hours every day, I tend to spend half hour to an hour on exercise, possibly as much as 90 minutes. I really don't enjoy exercise (and for the record that time jogging was the first, last, only time I'll go, hopefully ever again...) but at the same time I don't enjoy being fat, either. So the question is, is an hour a day (on average) worth my time so that I can enjoy the GOOD foods I like? The answer for me is yes
( ... )
Ive dated those kinda people, the ones that spend all day working out. They would criticize me if i didn't go to the gym with them. "you gonna get fat," " keep smoking and you'll get cancer" blah blah blah ... its annoying and very unattractive, not to mention 99% of the time those kinda people have to work out and have ripped bodies to make up for the other parts of the body that they seriously lack in .. :)
