I love it when users send an email and TELL you that their computer is giving them an error message...but they don't tell you ANY PART of the actual error message.

I did something else for a while hoping that it'd unfreeze, but it didn't, so I killed it.

Fired it back up, and both of the options for the recovered file were useless.
