today is an odd day, i have the day off work and it's supposed to be a fasting day. but i also have plans with two different people that might involve eating.
i'm going to try to fast but i heard that if you need to, it's better to have two up days in a row instead of two down days or a mid day so i'm drinking a no-carb rockstar right now and my goal is to not have anything else for as long as possible.
but yesterdays stats, according to the new rules:
cals: (3000+) = +1 i hear it's salvageable
vegs: (5 ser) = +3
h20 : (6 ser) = +1
exer: (350+) = +3
JRN : (both) = +2
10/15,
day 6 was a 13/15 day
35/60 + 10/15 + 13/15 = 58/90
I gotta start catching up! today if i don't eat any solids, drink v8, lots of water, go running and post then i'll get 15/15... but my goal is about 10/15 because i don't work, i'm going out later and i don't know if i'll make it to the gym.
