WICKED!
Ok, last night was awesome.
My Mom, Dad, and I left for the TBPAC at around 5, which is good, 'cause it always takes awhile.
Anyway, we got there, parked, and wandered around looking for somewhere to eat. There was a great buffet in the TBPAC so we ate there. They had the awesome shrimp alfreado pasta.
So we went to our wonderful seats and at this point I was so excited I was almost jumping up and down. Finally the show started and From the first notes... wow. So amazing. Stephanie J. Block and Kendra Kassebaum were wonderful and Sebastian Arcelus was a spectacular as Fiyero. The OBC Morrible (Carole Shelley) was unbelieveable as well. I like Nessa too. Okay, so I'm not going to mention every single song because they were all so great. Dancing Through Life I absolutly loved though. Then we got to Defying Gravity and, well, it was perfect. After intermission Glinda did a spectacular job in Thank Goodness and The Wizard and Elphaba's number Wonderful was, well, wonderful.
But then we got to As Long as Your Mine. My jaw dropped. It was breathtakingly beautiful. No Good Deed and For Good deserve mention, but I would end up repeating myself with praise. And the end, Ahhhh! Love! Yay! The finale was yay! <3
Afterward we went out to the back door to see the cast. They came out slowly one by one, which was good. Glinda and Morrible ran away before got there though. They were all so nice, but the highlight was Sebastion (Fiyero). He was great. I got a picture with him (2 'cause we accidently (really!) deleted the 1st) and he signed my program. He seemed like he didn't like to just sign and leave, so he stood there for a minute. I stood for a minute before blurting out that he mas "my favorite". Favorite what he didn't have a clue, which makes since because I wasn't sure myself. He said that he really appretiated that. I guess he took it to mean that he was my favorite Fiyero because then he asked how many times I had seen the show. I felt reallyh stupid saying that this was the first time but he was definently my favorite character. He smiled and had to go. I'll see if I can get that picture up sometime. ^_^ And so went my wicked Awesome Wicked experiance! Lets do it again!
