Underage Drinking Citation
Okay, so now I'm kinda starting to worry about the citation a little...
Have any of you ever been given a citation for underage consumption? Preferably your first similar offense, when you were over the age of 18, and in the state of Texas.
What did the court order as punishment?
From what I've read, my license is gonna be suspended for 30 days, I'll have to pay a $250 fine, and I'll have to take 8 hours of some class about drinking. But I've heard from some people that you only have to take the 8 hours class about drinking and they don't do anything to your license and no big fines, just court costs.
Bah...I don't care about having to take the class or paying some stupid fine, I just don't want to get my license suspended.
