I started my period last night, quite unexpectedly. Sudden cramping and then bleeding. No PMS at all.
What makes this interesting is that I've also been effectively off my thyroid medication for weeks, because I was out. I just started taking it again a few days ago, and I have to work back up to my full dose.
So it is definitely my thyroid medication affecting my PMS. I just don't know how to go about treating this. I need to keep myself medicated, I can try staying at a lower dose, but that usually doesn't work out for me. So I need to find a way to treat the PMS.
Late last week something jacked with my pond. Richard found the skippy knocked over and mostly submerged and the pump was unplugged. It was either the lawn guys or a really big raccoon. Something hit the skippy hard enough to twist the leg joints and knock the stand over. I kept forgetting all weekend to go fix it. I fixed it today. Al and Bela (Bela is my remaining goldfish) are both fine. I am not sure, though, that my bacterial colony survived: the skippy really stank today. I hope some of them made it and will repopulate quickly. I'm going to add some bacterial culture to try to help.
Tonight is coffee night so I suppose i should shower.
