Back to earth
Well, nothing like a good highway run and a quick kid visit to help get back on the ground. Driving is therapy sometimes. My youngest wanted me to stay for family movies night, which was nixed of course, by She-Who-Decides, but it was nice to see him reach out. He's a gentle soul sometimes, when he isn't pummeling the opposition. Today has gone by in a hurry, and I suppose ending off with a nice thick T-bone is about as good as it's going to get.
