I'm home! Have been for almost a week, actually. But our internet connection sux0rz, so while I am home communication will probably continue to be sporadic, sorry. I still love you

Eeeeee welcome back and THANK YOU SO MUCH for the package! I wasn't expecting all of that!!! <33333 I'll definitely be writing you from Japan~~~~~!!! I'm glad you had such a different and great experience! I'm so proud of you for doing this!
Libby! I'm glad you got and enjoyed the package! After all the incredibly sweet random gifts you've sent me, I decided it was more than time. Can't wait to hear about your adventures in Japan. I really want to go there now, since Catherine showed me so many amazing pictures from her time in Sakado/Tokyo. Thank you for everything!
I loved it! I totally freaked out when I opened it and ate, like, all of the cookies immediately. <3 I'm excited for Japan myself! I'm so excited to hear about Panama, though! <333 You should totally come to Japan one of these days - it's such a great sensory overload! Plus drink vending machines give you tea.
And so will I in 2 days. I miss you like mad; I've much to tell you, too (and a surprise from across the pond, but I suppose that'll have to wait until we're back at school). I hope my letters made it alright.
I've missed you too! We have a lot of late-night baking and talking to catch up on. I got two of your letters (the rabbit card one arrived during my last week)... thank you! The one with the poem was one of my very favorites. I'll treasure it.
I'm looking forward to reading the entries (though due to moving, I myself will be internetless for about a week, starting tomorrow) and to hopefully seeing you sometime in the fall!
Thank you for your letter, Lucy! I sent one to your family's house. Good luck with moving... And I can't wait to visit and be visited! (I choose to focus on that instead of the fact that for the first time in my Carleton experience, you won't be there. Boo, bies.)

Thanks for the well-wishes. And yeah, my coping with changes has basically taken the form of thinking a lot about visits. Which shall be good.
(I guess I'm luckier, in a way, because for the year of my Carleton experience that you weren't there, I didn't know what I was missing.)
And the boo, bies made me laugh out loud - thank you. People have not been using that enough lately. :)
