Happy St. Patrick's Day!Mine was pretty lame. How was yours? The Clearwater crew hosted our monthly potluck last night and promised much in the way of shenanigans. But I guess we failed to deliver. i did very little for paddy's day for two reasons:

1. i am cool, therefore can thumb my nose at my national holiday (and i don't like parades that much)

2. the wind and rain were fecking outrageous.

i ah, um, well, i kept saying i was going to read for my english quiz that was yesterday (ten questions that could come from anywhere out of one novel, two novel introductions, two full-lenght plays, three short stories and about ten poems). and i played some canasta and managed to miss all the rugby then called my bro for the result and found out that we missed winning the six nations coz an irish video ref called THE final try in the france-scotland game for the french and they won instead. ONE try!

so yeah, didn't skip in favour of anything too exciting, but i enjoyed myself. and the irish look forward to the rugby world cup coz we're in the group with france, and we will be looking to kick some arse
