Coming back to fairtrailing, which took me to Delhi, I remember keeping a hard check on the time spent and where. In the first few days of my vacation, I was mostly walking in Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi.
As I remember telling you earlier about this place, you really need to go there once, it's a merge of several chronologies dating back to a long time. I mean you are walking in one of the lanes where bathroom fittings shops congest every inch of space, and there you would see a grave of a maybe a Mughal fighter unnnoticed, with some people carelessly sitting on top of it smoking a bidi.

Its sad to see that only a handful of Paranthe wala's are left. I think the Delhi Govt. should move to preserve this historical heritage, which is truly unique culinary street
