I didn't really succeed in my Swancon goal of meeting more local Supernatural fans. I found a few Dean/Cas people who are a season behind, but was hoping to turn up more Sam/Dean fans who are counting the days until the next episode. The reactions of a few people I spoke to reminded me that expressing an interest in an incestuous fictional

I've finally had a chance to catch up with House and yes, 8x16 was most gratifying, especially the final scene!

Having spent a few weekends lately with Dean/Cas people, it reminds me that North America is the easiest place to meet fans with similar interests IRL. (I remember the great wasteland days of Brisvegas...I only knew 6 slash fans, so the chances of us having fandoms, let alone pairings, in common was so very low.) I'm lucky to be here right now.

Also, you have just convinced me to start watching "House" again. I think I'll see it through to the end.

I'm pretty lucky with the slash group in Perth, since there's nearly always someone to share a fandom with, but I'm always keen to meet more fans and couldn't find any of the right flavour at the con.

Definitely keep watching House! Yesterday's episode has left me counting down to next week!
