Hi Kay-tee, it's Ay-mee! Thank God you are leaving!! That stupid bitch will never ever understand her behavior, she'll remain completely unaware of herself, and blame others for everything. If HR chooses to continue to be spineless, then that's their problem. At least it's no longer your problem. Now you can enjoy your vacation and drink with us. :)I don't think you'll have a problem at the temp agency - because really, with the recession, people would probably rather hire from a temp agency than their own employee because then they don't have to pay for insurance.

I have now read the whole entry and agree even more with your decision. It's so incomprehensible to good people like us to imagine that bitches like this can be in positions of authority. We have both worked for our fair share of bitches who see nothing wrong with their behavior. I can't believe she SMILED while you were quitting!! WTF??!? There's your answer to wondering if that's what she wanted all along; now the question is why did she hire you to begin with?? Oi.

Anyhow, you'll be free for Christmas and couldn't ask for a better gift than that!

I suspect she never really liked me, or at least had no interest in interacting with me, as evidenced by the fact that she completely ignored me for the first nine months I was there. But because I was quiet and agreeable and did what was asked of me during my time as a temp, I guess she could find no good reason to let me go when they needed a file room person so much. But then when she stopped ignoring me and started treating me like shit instead (like she does to every other admin there in turn), and I stood up to her and made a complaint against her...I don't think she ever expected that from me. Then she had her reason to want me gone. Sucks to get called out on your bullshit when you're used to getting away with whatever you want, I guess.

But yes, I'm thrilled that I'll be able to relax and enjoy my Christmas now, and regain the some much needed sanity. :-)
