I was always secretly wondering - why are they running? There's no apparent danger, they are laughing, nobody around them is reacting to them at all -- what's the story there? I LOVE this as the answer! =D

Exactly! What are they doing in that scene? No one is freaking out around them on the street; seems like business as usual. The Doctor and Rose are practically skipping, and now we know they were actually skipping off to, we-ell ... erm ...

This is all amazingly gorgeous and sweet but I think you should know that you totally ripped my heart out with: It is a moment of exquisite pleasure: their hands and faces pressed on the same side of the door, together, listening for trouble that today - in this moment - is not coming for them. and the comparison with Doomsday where they're on opposite sides of the wall.

I've really enjoyed this so far. I've enjoyed it's light-heartedness and the humor, as well as the romantic angle. They both feel really in-character. I look forward to reading more.

Thank you, I'm glad you're enjoying it!

It makes me so happy to hear you say that they feel in-character. The funny thing about this piece is that there is virtually no dialogue, so I'm really glad they still come across as themselves.

One more part to come, very soon. I'm enjoying giving these two a little humor and love ... they have so much angst heading their way, I wanted to give them a little happy, first.
