Mama bear and other things

So last weekend was busy. On Saturday I joined forces with a friend from the moms group I belong to and had a yard sale. The large pile of stuff is finally out of my garage and I made about 120 dollars. My friend made around 170 so I'd say a very successful sale.

Then Sunday I had to play bells at Waverly and then had brunch with my old friends from

Way to go on the yard sale!! I took some stuff up by my Grandma's for the rummage sale she was having and I made about $56. My Mom (who was helping out) told me she was sorry I hadn't made more but I was thrilled. It was all stuff I was just going to donate anyway because I wanted it out of the house. :p

OMG on how that guy acted!! That's awful!! You're absolutely right that there's no way he should have yelled at someone else's child like that. If anything, it was an excellent time to teach his own child how to handle things (like leaving the situation). You're right-it really is scary to think that if that's how he treats stranger's children, his own child probably really gets it at home. :(

ugh, sometimes other parents suck. If he had a problem, he should have sought out the parent. I have done that several times myself. It's usually when the parents aren't paying attention to their kids though.
