I didn't make him Swedish, I just... looked for scandinavian/norse/viking/germanic prayers and they were all shit and to do with sacrificing virgins becaus they were all pagans back in the day so I looked at scandinavian/norse/viking/germanic songs etc, and this one really stood out as matching the fic.

I might put the translation in here somewhere, otherwise half the point is missed orz

I mean, you linked to the translation so that's fine, I just was curious as to why you would pick this song.

But anyway, it's not like it doesn't match! You know, despite it being Sweedish/Swedish/idek, you're right, it fits!

I added the translation here so that it was more... solid. That doesn't make sense to me either lol but I don't think I have many Swedish-speaking readers....
