I was shocked when I received the wake up email and realized I hadn't received an assignment. I went to AO3 and the form which I had carefully filled and submitted wasn't on my assignments or sign ups. I'll try to catch a pinch hit, but I am very disappointed and I don't know what went wrong with my submission form because it was sent on time and after I cleared a couple of mistakes it seemed to go through.

Assignments have not gone out yet! The wake up email is usually sent to the pinch hit list a few hours or days early. I can also see your signup on the collection page - you can double-check this by opening the Yuletide 2015 collection page and clicking on the 'My Sign-up' link on the left.

Ooh!!! That's a huge relief! I search the 'my sign ups' from my own profile and it didn't show - it didn't occur to me that I had to check it from the yuletide side. Thanks so much for letting me know it's fine after all. :)

In general it *should* be showing up on your profile as well on this page in particular. If you don't have a link to your signup there, you can report the bug to AO3 support - they might be able to assist you with this issue.

Also, possibly putting the cart before the horse - there's this? http://yuletide-admin.livejournal.com/182221.html
If you haven't signed up for Yuletide but are on the pinch-hit list, keep the tagset handy amidst the flurry. Break it out in case of successful PH. (I like to attempt to fill these. I've been on both sides, it's a special kind of Treat.)

Shusu, if people add prompts to that 2014 post, we will not see them or collect them. Let's make sure there's a road before considering cart or horse.

We will definitely link the tag set when asking for prompts from pinch hitters.

Do not post to the post Shusu has suggested above.
