The Madness collection will be closed and revealed 24 hours after the main collection, so you can also use Yuletide Madness for full-length works that didn’t quite get finished in ( Read more... )

I've gone a little Yuletide crazy this year, but I regret nothing!

Searchable 2014 requests? apeirogon December 17 2014, 15:57:43 UTC
I think I remember there being a website last year where people could search and/or sort requests? Someone made it from the text file?

I was wondering if someone else was already working on that this year, or if I should try my hand at it. I have a final tomorrow, so no promises, but I found it to be useful & think others would too. I don't want to step on anyone's toes if they're working on it; but conversely, I don't want to request something and make someone feel like they're forced to update a tool when they don't have time for it/don't want to/etc.

As far as I know nothing is in progress, but hopefully if anyone is doing it they'll comment and let you know. Otherwise, if you do make one, please say and we'll add the link to the post.

If you could even just create a version of the text file that was sorted by fandom I would bless you. It's easier to find stuff I want to write treats for that way, since I usually don't know any of the recipients very well.

Yay! Thank you. I feel like someone should be shouting "Release the Kraken" or something, but it's fun seeing all the prompts every year.
