She doesn't know what to do when he's around. She only knows to bow and gives him her best smiling face. Although she knows that it all doesn't matter for him.
There are too many other girls around him. They who always try to look pretty for him. They who love him with their own ways.
Like this morning, when they met at the backstage of that music show whose name she can barely remember (there are just too many of them), her eyes who always looking for his presence caught him talking to the girls from After School. His shy smile and the sound of his giggles warmed and broke her heart at the same time. She needed to excuse herself to the restroom so her unnies wouldn't notice the tears.
The other morning, he was walking with his sister, and she was alone. It was another rehearsal, another backstage. People with tired looking eyes were everywhere, and for some odd reasons, fate decided that the two should met.
Sohyun could barely open her eyes at 7 am in the morning, but the sight of him made her fully awake. He caught her face, and silently, softly, smiled at her.
Sohyun never knew how to have your mind practically frozen feels like until that time.
But she knows, that smile means nothing for him.
And even though she's practically no one for him other than occasional and polite greetings here and there, she still tries to hold onto that small hope in her heart.
