I usually let Bird out of his cage while I'm cleaning it so that he can fly around and exercise his wings. Usually, he heads straight for the top of the step-back cupboard which is in the room where his cage resides. Today, he made a bee-line (I guess that's bird-line) for the kitchen. drmellow will surely appreciate where he chose to land...

I didn't complain when you ordered the quail as an appetizer the other night. But, exactly: It was only an appetizer.
