I just gave frank and honest feedback as a customer who respects the establishment and wants to see them happy.... my steak was dry and overcooked, the waitress cleaned about 4 tables and dicked about for a good 25 minutes before offering coffees, and there was no toilet paper in my cubicle

She's not being paid enough to do a good job, obviously. It's all workchoices, you see.
And the one thing worse than no toilet paper in the cubicle is having the toilet paper dispenser packed incorrectly - the roll of paper is pointing in the wrong direction so you have to fight for each and every single square you get. Someone at the pancake place I worked at did that ALL THE TIME. I never found out who it was, which is lucky for them. GRRR!

25 minutes before coffee? FREE COFFEE! And a kitchen boy to take home for a week!
