A few updates before bed.

I've started doing yoga.  Hot yoga.  Why do they call it hot yoga?  because they crank the temp up to 100 degrees while they tell you to do shit like downward facing dog, warrior and tree.  I sweat so much it's disgusting.

kate's mom does the zillion degree yoga too... i refuse. i sweat in regular degree yoga.
