I was just catching up with things on the BBC news website. And some cretinous 18 year old was whinging about the "effort" it takes to recycle. No, she wasn't having to walk 7 miles to a recycling bank carrying the collected recycling of 74 people. She is expected to separate her rubbish. Her exact views on the matter were:

Did you see the article about the woman who had put out one black sack of rubbish in 5 weeks - everything else she recycles, reuses etc. Of course not everyone has the time/facilities to be as dedicated as that, but sorting rubbish into paper/glass/tin or something like that isn't exactly time consuming.
