Hey dear readers, I promised to update Venom today, but the second part needs a little editing and I'm just too worn out to do anything atm. I'll try my best to update tomorrow, but somehow if I fail then the next part will be up on 13th because I'll be out of town for two days ( Read more... )

this is me literaly all. the. time. :( espcially since i just got off a week long holiday and i ate so horribly i know i gained like 5lbs and water rention and ugh i'm gross right now. ;___;

all i can really say is just dont deny yourself the "good stuff" (ie sweets or whatever) all the time. it makes you fall off the wagon hard and then you binge eat. X_x so at least leave one cheat day a week for that stuff, and while being aware of calories is a good thing becuase it makes you THINK about what you're eating, its not SO important. just make healthy choices like fruits and veggies and get some protiene like fish. if you consistantly eat small snacks throughout the day its supposed to help keep your metabolism going, breaking down everything faster and it helps you slim down? my mother did a diet recently like that and it worked rather well if you stick with it for a couple weeks.

but like the comment above me said, if it gets really bad you might want to see a doctor just to be safe. :| <3 i'm not sure how helpful i'm being but at ( ... )

With your usual weight, you definitely don't need to lose more, bb. I say you eat all the food you want and stop worrying about losing weight. I've been worrying about weight loss too these past few days, but that's because I'm more than 180 lbs and I'm obese and overweight and I really do need to lose weight, but you... you were already good as it was.

Hey dear, I know that feeling. I'm barely 88 lbs and 5'2" tall. I'm slightly underweight but I can't help but count the calories I take like you do. I'm not anorexic or anything but I feel like I just have to control my appetite and eat less.

Probably you could take more fruits? Fruits like apples make a great snack and they don't contain much calories. Its okay if you want to lose weight! You can go for exercises to keep fit while continuing your usual food routine! There's nothing wrong with you bb. Just wanna let you know that you're not alone ^-^ If its really unbearable you should go talk to a doctor. Don't be too hard on yourself okay dear? <3 ^^

Try to eat sweet stuff still,but not to much and eat some fruits too :) I would give you some of my weight if i could,i have to much. if it doesnt get better you should really go to a doctor.
