Ok, both claims are going to be voted on just seperately so that people who have only chosen one claim aren't disadvantaged. i.e. the people who have chosen a second claim will have their second set of icons voted for in a different poll.
So, if you're only going to do one set icons, you're only going to be entering in category 1 so anyone not taken in Category 1 is up for grabs. If you want to claim someone that a member has claimed in category 2 for your claim, thats fine as long as they're not already taken in Category 1. :)
