the short answer is yes, magic forgetting spell: due to some hocus pocus from mephisto, everyone in the marvel universe remembers that spidey revealed his secret identity during the civil war - but they've all forgotten who it is under his mask!

also: peter & MJ never got married ( & aren't on very goob terms ), aunt may is reasonably healthy ( at least for the time being ) & harry osborn has been brought back to life ( i didn't know he was dead )
