I laugh out loud when you said "luckily for me the table was already sold out."(a.k.a. whew, the bank account is save.)
Now about getting a leather sofa, well, Bert bought one back in 2001 and it's a pain in the ass especially when the top cushion keep coming out & we always have to push it back in.
I'm glad the doctor found the problem with your foot. Hopefully by Monday it'll be heal.
Again Woofer & Matt. Have a great weekend. HUGS!!!

i don't think we'd ever buy a leather sofa. Since we're always sitting around nekkid, our sweaty butts and backs would stick to it! LOL! And i don't think i'd ever by ANYthing from this store. As cool as some of their stuff is, it's just ridiculously overpriced!! i may be crazy, but i'm not insane!

Most definitely!! A couch must have a high degree of slouchability!

I can't help but wonder how much set-up is involved in getting some of those pictures. For example, you must have one hell of a patient doctor for him to wait while you get the smile on your face just right with him standing there, etc.

I'm glad to read that tis just a treatable bone spur and nothing more than that. What kind of dog is that you guys have? Certainly a cutie! (big dog-lover here).

Actually, very little physical setup is usually involved...i try to have most of it worked out in my head beforehand or i just go ahead and throw it out there. In this one, it was actully a lucky mistake. i had set up my timer and it was counting down when Junior walked into the room for the first time. To be honest, i have no idea what i was saying when the picture was taken, but it had to have been within the first 5 seconds after he came in and honestly, i expected to just have a big picture of his lab coat.

i really hope they can do something. i don't want this to be a chronic issue. Coco is an approx. 9-y/o Chocolate Lab that Matt stole from this asshole that was abusing her.

Wow - a timer! I was impressed before, but now I'm really impressed! I thought you had a remote of some kind (like I do on my little Olympus).

Coco looks like such an adorable pooch! (arf arf)

Big hugs to you and Matt!

Man, if i had a remote, i could really do some damage. As it is, though, i just use a little Panasonic point-n-shoot that is small enough to fit in my pocket and a little gorillapod that fits in another. That way i can take it everywhere - and i do - and it's pretty unobtrusive. Hell, Junior didn't even realise that i was taking a picture when he walked in. i sure as hell wish i know what i was talking about to give that goofy expression. LOL!

Several years ago, I did a mystery shop at a "Design Within Reach" store, and if I wasn't doing the shop I would have never set foot in the place.

i like a lot of mid-century modern design, but wasn't the intention of these designers that the furniture be for the masses? It's just incredible that they find enough pretentious snobs to stay in business.
