[Those out in or around the forest will definitely hear a howl late in the evening. Upon awakening in Luceti, Bob lost control of his Rune, which means there's now a wolfman in the forest. If you come looking for him, he'll be hiding, though--but he is kind of big, so it's not hard to find him. Eventually, he decides to look through his book-thing.
