Time goes by faster than I realize. It is almost July and It has been a month since my last update. Ok, there have been some internet issues interspersed, that may or may not be cleared up now. We shall see when it rains the next time.
The trip out to Denver will be here before I know it. 2 weeks out of the office will be nice.

The Power of Three
So it has been a while since my last update. Just before Ravencon to be exact.

The library
After a few years break, I have returned to the library as a cost savings method. I picked up 2 books yesterday. One of which is now finished.

Technicon
I was at Technicon this past weekend. George RR Martin was the GOH. Very good guest. It was nice to chat with him and interesting to chat with a few members of the Brotherhood without Banners. The con was on the VT campus in Blacksburg VA. The hotel was a few miles away. The con had about 400 members which is a record for the con. Didn't ( Read more... ) -

So Datclave happened and I never got around to completing the post. I had written about it but my computer killed my entry and I couldn't get it back. It was fun there were 40+ people there. 3:10 to Yuma
I watched the ending of 3:10 to Yuma the original this morning. It was quite different from the Christian Bale and Russel Crowe version. I was surprised at who survived and who died.
