I'm alive, peeps. Working overtime like a crazy woman. Busy with final projects and studying, and getting ready for the move. It doesn't leave a lot of time for LJ updatage, but I'll return somewhere around the first of the year

Don't worry about updating LJ, your RL is a lot more important :)
You writing you are getting ready for the move, does it mean you are moving to a new place? The reason I'm asking is that I prepared a Christmas card for you and plan to send it out next week and I used the address you gave me last year and if you move I'm going to need your new address... you can PM it to me and from what time you will be there... and if I understood the whole thing wrong, let me know, too ;)

Glad to hear you had a nice thanksgiving :) I didn't celebrate, maybe next year!

I am moving to a new place! :) I'm finally getting an apartment all on my own. But I won't be moving until December 19th, so as long as your card gets here before then, we should be fine. If you're worried it won't make it in time, just let me know and I'll PM you my new address.

To be honest I am a bit worried my card won't be there before Dec. 19 so please PM (or email) me your new address. I am sending it out either this weekend or next weekend and I just want to make sure you get in time for Christmas at your new place :)

Yay for my twinnie cooking a big meal! I hope you saved that apple pie recipe. I'd like to see if you make one as good as my brother-in-law. ;)

It wasn't a recipe, actually. Christy bakes pies a lot and came over and showed me how to do it. It was pretty much just apples, cinnamon, and cornstarch. lol. I'd like to see your brother-in-law's pie beat my chocolate-coconut macaroons, though!

I don't consider it a receipe if all I did was chop apples, and toss in an unmeasured amount of cinnamon and cornstarch. Recipes have structure and measurements. This was just ... baking.

Please. my macaroons will bitch slap your sugar cookies so hard they'll get charged with domestic abuse.
