[Danny's reading through the letter he received upon arrival, though the doesn't look very concerned by it. At best? It's some stupid prank thing by Vlad.

At worst? It's true and he just needs to find that stupid Infi-map to get home. ]

Come on, who actually is going to believe this garbage about space-time compression...

[There's a small silver blur behind Danny, as something darts in to grab the letter. And then does some quick, canine agility class weaving between legs to run up to him.]

"Wrf! Wrf! Hrf!"

[Roughly translated, that could come close to: "SIR! SIR! Excuse me sir, but you dropped this."

True, this looks more like a kid then a sir, but a little politeness never hurt. As well as trying hard not to drool on the paper when he sits up on his back legs to hold the letter forward and give it back.]

Uh. Good dog.

[He takes the paper from said dog, giving him a pat on the head. It seems friendly enough, right? Right.]

[RIGHT!

That makes one good deed done for the day, then; maybe he can bump that up to ten with some more work.

But first, there's pets on the head to accept. He drops back down to all fours and tilts his head into the hand, and gives a satisfied growly-croon.]

"Hwrrrrrrrr."

[Sucker for dogs? Why yes Danny is. More headpats!]

Where's your owner? You're way to friendly to be a stray. Not that I mind, of course.

I think that would have a lot to do with what kind of world you came from, dude.

I still don't believe it.

Yeah, see, that's exactly what I meant.

In my world, I am pretty sure paradox-space has thrown weirder things at me and my friends.

Either way, I'll be getting out of here sooner or later

"What makes you doubtful of the theory?"

[A new voice, just off to his side and with a slightly cold tone, asks. Mitsuru, for her part, was just heading towards the library. (As usual.) Seeing someone littering, however, made her pause long enough to decide that Words might be necessary.

And then, naturally, she caught the tail end of that sentence.]

"Very...Laconic of you."

[And not a very satisfying explanation, going off of her expression.]

"Would you care to elaborate?"

... Laconic?

[Does not appreciate getting hit in the head with pieces of paper.] Are you always so careless with your litter?

Sorry, didn't mean to hit anyone.

Well, no, but i'm sure theres something besides 'magic' and 'time compression'.

[Ron goes to pick up the letter Danny threw down.]

Yeah? And what's that?

[He holds out the letter to the other boy.]

You might wanna hang onto this, mate. Your information's all over it.

Something more logical.

I don't think I'll need that, though.
