changing copyright laws affect how we can use and access our digital music files -- even ones we've legally purchased through applications like itunes or rhapsody. such laws are federal and will be debated upon and decided by the upcoming government. thus, anyone who owns an ipod is affected by the election, because under restrictive copyright laws they can become criminals for listening to music files they bought and paid for.
but see, my answer to that question is "no". the election affects you, regardless of where you live. unfortunately, those of us not living in the states *can't* vote, even though the election does affect us.
yeah. i added an eta: "if you live outside the us, this election definitely affects you. unfortunately, you don't get a choice in what happens, so you're excused from 'get the fuck out and vote.' blaaah."
