I went out tonight. To the Halloween mixer, which wasn't very... mixy. My feet hurt. My body hurts. I feel like I only just escaped in time before the panic set in. It was okay, some of the time, dancing with PEGs and stuff, but then I just... too much. Too bright. Too loud. Too... social

I know *exactly* what you mean. I actually didn't go OUT-OUT tonight. I went out of my home to take care of my mother's friend's kids and my sister so THEY could go get hit on by townies, and had to drive my drunk mother home. Entertaining.

God. When did *I* become the adult? I obviously didn't get that memo.

PS Where are the mixers now? We used to have them in the pub. That was before there was the Nuthouse, though... that seems like it would be a much cooler place for a mixer.

We have our mixers in the SAC. The Nuthouse is now downstairs in Hunt; they moved it just this year.

I think PEG mixers still happen in the Pub, though.

It's in Hunt? Is it in Hunt Gallery or in the room on the left where they used to have Senate? It's too bad they moved it... I really liked the atmosphere in the back of the SAC. Of course, it was too far from the center of campus for anyone to venture out there, so that was probably a good idea.
