(As far as I can tell, the Riviera doesn't have one at all, so I'm surprised it hasn't been shut down.)

No wonder no one goes there! They're probably afraid they could be help culpable for being in a non-waterfalled casino. I bet the FBI's got eyes all over it.

Circus Circus was always our home base for Blacker Hovse trips to Vegas... it's the cheapest place to stay on the strip (or it was at the time). It actually used to be even crappier -- the last time I was there, the Adventuredome was still under construction, and it was just a crappy, run-down building with pictures of a horrible creepy clown everywhere (all of the ads and signs around the casino pictured the same guy -- he looked like an angry wino who'd been drugged and stuffed into a Ronald McDonald outfit).

Awesome! Aw, I'm actually kind of jealous - I had heard that Circus, Circus was really terrifying, but it seems like they're renovated it to be less clown-themed and more amusement park-themed. I sort of which I could have seen it in all of its demonic Ronald McDonald glory!
