Awww, poor Dylan =( all those tests! Hopefully, everything is fine!

Regarding the first therapy session, you'll almost certainly be given a self-reporting depression inventory worksheet, which along with your verbal answers, will be a really good guide for the clinician to figure out what's going on. They're trained to ferret these things out. You don't have to worry about sounding like you diagnosed yourself on WebMD, just...talk. Whatever happens, happens.

And if possible, you should get your leg looked at. That doesn't sound good.

The EEG is mostly precautionary. Because with his condition he is more prone to seizures, so his Neuro wants to keep on top of it, which I appreciate.

The genetic array is more to look at his genes/DNA compared to others that also have no corpus callosum, and see what if any commonalities there are. I think.

I have a huge problem when put 'on the spot', as it were, when it comes to talking. I can't seem to get my thoughts in order, and I worry that what I'm saying doesn't make sense. Maybe if I write everything down, so I can reference the paper when I get stuck, that might help?

I love that Ivanova icon. She was such a strong character. Gives me a kind of goal to attain.
