I sort of agree that it seems that Abby has made up her mind about Ducky vs. Gibbs as far as the relationship goes. Still being in the house with him and all, seems to make her decision solid. And as a cohesive story, I think it does work. They are a family unit, but perhaps not in the traditional sense, but tradition is overrated. It's never flatly stated that Abby is sleeping with either of "her men" or is she sleeping with both? Perhaps Jethro and Ducky don't mind sharing her?
