While having dinner with fabricdragon's parents on Easter Sunday, her mother mentioned talking with someone about the traditional Easter greeting exchange, to wit

I remember exchanging the greeting with a friend, lo these many years ago; he was a Lutheran minister, and I'm Catholic.

Mayhap 'tis customary amongst the Liturgical?

That would be my guess, yes. (I was trying to come up with a one-word description of the churches in question and came up blank; "liturgical" fills the bill nicely.)
