Help finding a tv show

I just randomly remembered a scene from a tv show that I used to watch when I was a teenager, but for the life of me I can't remember what show it was. I think the show was about struggling actors and actresses or something and in the scene a young brunette actress goes to a premiere of a film in a very tight sparkly mermaid dress that is so tight
