What are you going to do about the top_fives situation? It is your community and you probably have the power to ban all the noobs. It's not our fault that we're in LJ spotlight, but it is annoying that this close-knit community with intelligent and genuinely interesting members is being bombarded with people who seriously think Fall Out Boy are a good band.

Second, I've made it a moderated queue and made all the new people in the community non-accepted members. Anyone who was in the community before automatically gets to post and it doesn't matter what they post. You have a right to post, but star_witness doesn't. I'm probably just going to piss a bunch of them off and never allow them to post and maybe they'll go to topfives or something.
