You are terribly misinformed sir. While Margaux was at Grant Park, I was sitting at home. I didn't want to brave the madness and quite honestly once my ballot was in the mail I checked out of the whole election thing, my duty to my country having been completed. I logged on long enough to see Obama was going to win and then went back to play Final Fantasy like a true nerd!

That being said, I would have preferred a blanket and spicy enchiladas to seeing Obama speak in Grant Park any day. Mmmm enchiladas... I need to find a good Tex Mex place up here...

I want to watch 1776 with you :(

Whoops, sorry! I just assumed you were with her. And don't worry, when I watch 1776, I will be thinking of you.

You know, I actually kept thinking of the thing where Princess Leia (?) appears to Luke as a hologram, begging for Obi-Wan Kenobi's help. You're right, it is more like that. But Star Trek could make whole environments that way. ;)

You must've worked hard yesterday. I assume you volunteered?

The holograms were quite possibly one of the coolest/weirdest things I've ever seen on TV.

I've never seen 1776...
