I'm not gonna lie, I'd be really wary of planning an outdoor wedding in February. I mean, I'm in Wisconsin, so February always sucks, and that means I'm biased, but the fact that your backyard is currently covered in snow means that there is a chance there could be snow everywhere next year, too, and if I were invited to an outdoor wedding with snow everywhere, I'd probably stay home. What is the average temp in February for your area? I think knowing that would help you decide if a tent would be warm enough. When it rains in winter, does it get cold? If so, I think even if you've got your heart set on a tent wedding, you'd probably want to look into renting/acquiring some heaters at the very least.

I do love your cake inspiration pic, though! (and wtf is up with the strawberry boobies!? lol) And I vote that you get a dress! But I love dressing up, so I love any excuse to get a pretty new dress :)

This February has been really strange; i don't think there's been snow on the ground in February for something like 70 years. Of course it could happen again, but i'm going to try to be optimistic. The average temp is something like 50 degrees. It's not warm by most standards, but my house is decently-sized and i'm only expecting about 50 guests, so if people want to go inside, they certainly can. We can set up the band in the dining room instead, lol.

Right now 50 sounds plenty warm to me! Of course, I'm excited that our high for today is supposed to be 33, lol. But yeah, if I were you, I would just make sure that there is room in the house if it starts to look like it's going to be cold. We had our wedding shower at my in-law's last May, and while we had planned a big backyard BBQ, it was unusually cold that day (probably mid 50s). It wasn't unbearable outside, and some people didn't mind it out there until it started to drizzle, but I am so glad that my MIL had made sure to rearrange things/borrowed chairs so everyone could be inside if they wanted. (We had about 50 people there, too.)

I'd second the heaters in tent idea. 50 degrees is jacket and sweater weather, and some older/more fragile people won't want to be outside in it. When I go to baseball games, if the temperature is in the 40's, I bring a blanket.

As for the snow, feel free to tell people that blizzards like that only come around once every 10-12 years. That's what I've been telling everyone who mentions this years snow.

I always forget how green Arkansas is! A lot of my mom's family is from Batesville :)

I like your color theme, and that cake is amazing (minus Big Busted Strawberry Bride, idk who thought that was a good idea, lmao!)

I giggle every time i look at that darned cake. I'm scared because the strawberry boob idea amuses me so much i might be tempted to do it, haha. Others probably won't see the humor!
