Progress: We have a location, food picked out and deposits in. Florist and DJ contacted but still looking around and comparing prices. Still need to contact photographers and officiant(ceremony on site) and look into a cake place we liked. Save the date magnets need to be mailed out but are ordered. Invitations- going to look into making our own, or finding a good print/copy shop to work with us. Keeping things simple with just a maid of honor and best man. Possibly going to recruit my brother and future sister-in-law as attendants, and future brother-in-laws as ushers. Also, at least one flower girl. Hotel rooms to block off for family out of town. Lots to do!!
Slight Flower/Dress dilemma: I was originally going to go with Orchids being the main flower. That all changed when I found my dress. It has these amazing roses along the side of it (which can be removed, but wouldn't look as nice). Photo of the dress after the cut. Orchids and roses, two dominant flowers but because of the dress I want to do both somehow! It is so hard for me to picture a bouquet that will look right with both flowers, so I threw together some photos on bridal canvas. So nervous! Let me know your thoughts! : )
