Okay, I've been reading through (fairly new member to the community) and noted alot of people have posted dress photos, engagement photos, and other progress pictures, so I thought, what the heck. I hope I don't annoy anyone though - so I've put my pictures under the cut.

Thank you! I really wanted a wedding band that was a bit wider than the engagement band (I did pick out the engagement band) and the woman at Barmakians kept trying to insist on something thinner. She started looking at enternity bands, and then she found this one that she had previously overlooked and it was perfect.

As for his ring - its totally him. He turns wood pens/peppermills, things like that, and he really doesn't wear any jewelry, so this is ideal. The replacement inlays are only like, $15 or something inexpensive like that too, so if it ever gets damaged, he can replace it.

OMG, my FH wants a wooden ring too (he's quite handy). I first heard about it through this community, and let it slip to him. At first I didn't like them, but I'm warming up to the idea. It really is *him* if that makes any sense.

The Wynn chapels look nearly identical to the Bellagio ones. Not surprising, since the same person built both hotels, but I was a little shocked by just how similar. Differences being Bellagio has 2 indoor chapels (look the same as above pictures) and the outdoor fountain area to marry in, and Wynn has the 2 chapels and the outdoor courtyard area...

awww thanks!! since it's antique I'm having a hard time figuring out what looks good without custom making anything.

we did look at Bellagio, I'm glad we didn't look at the Wynn too since they're identical :D
