Ah, but little breaks now and then can be fun! You can take out a book and read a bit more... and, maybe you can get to the end of the chapter before you have to resume work. Or, maybe you can get half way through the book!

Actually... I think I usually finish the book within breaks, sometimes I grab a new one to start before going back as well.

Oh but there's always time for a break. It's not good to not have any after all. I read a medical book once that said it was very important to not over work yourself, and to pace yourself carefully to keep from getting sick.
