Hi guys! It's Beck here, your friendly neighbourhood mod/owner/overlord. Me and my adorable co-mod, witchling, are busy organising all of the Boys of Summer fest assignments (so exciting!) but before we get those out we have another item of business to get out of the way.

I'm sure by now most of you have heard of all the shenanigans going on in the GK fandom

The Haps, Abridged: Without naming names or posting links, an author in fandom took one of their stories, replaced the names with "Jonah" and "Kellan", and published it online as original fiction.

I don't know what shenanigans you're referring to, but keeping the comm open is fine with me. Unless it's being in reported in the news or something. In that case, a temporary or permanent lockdown might be good.

(I was dreading the possibility somebody had linked the real Marines to the porn. Someone pulling a Fifty Shades of Grey is positively benign in comparison.)
