Despite the in-character arguments you and I have had on the mailing list, I wasn't really worried. ;) Like I said, calm debate is fine.

I love to debate, I love the debate, and I love to play the Devil's advocate. I also take secret pleasure in knowing how to turn the fact that I'm not going to directly change someone's mind at this point in the race to my advantage by getting them to help me turn everyone else off of their position. That said, I sometimes forget when I'm on. So to avoid issues, I'm restricting myself to conversations outside the political realm unless specifically requested..
