What was that earlier explosion? I don't see any signs of an invasion, but there was most definitely an explosive detonated on one of the higher floors. Does anybody have any information on the current status of the inhabitants, and the identity of the one who detonated the explosive?

We're moving the debris aside, someone's been found trapped but he's alive. As I understand it, the explosion was accidental, one of the residents attempted to eat some high-powered explosives. It went... poorly.

From what I understand, a boy tried to eat... exploding mice. He was unharmed, but his room and much of the building was destroyed. As Ike said, we've taken him into custody.
