You can buy food for them at a store, but little bits of tuna or chicken can work.

No, they usually walk themselves. If you have a piece of string or something similar you can play with it. Aside from that, as long as you keep them fed they're pretty happy.

He's doin' real good! Kinda just.. swims 'round in his bowl, real quiet like, but he's cool! I named him Leroy.

You'll need a lot more than milk to take care of him. Food, and a littler box, and toys and a carrier... you can buy him a bed, but... cats sleep when and where they want regardless of what anyone else thinks. And don't forget to take him to the vet. If he was a stray, he'll need shots.
