:-D

To start, am I the only one having problems with the post formatting here on LJ? When I copy and paste my document from Word into the LJ posting screen, everything looks as it did in the original document--until I go to post. After it's posted, there are sections missing, scrambled, words in bold and italics that weren't before, entire ( Read more... )

Wow, thanks! :-D I'm really happy you enjoyed it.

And this is my first Plaude, and Heroes, post, honestly. I've currently got a WIP that's on it's way to being written and posted in the near future, but I don't have anything else to offer yet, sadly. I have written in other fandoms, however. Mostly Harry Potter, and not for a while. Real Life stepped in, lol.

I really enjoy this fandom, and wish I would've gotten off of my bum to write for it long before this, hehe.

Ooh, neat! Very lyrical. I love that bit about Claire's "sad little smile and Nathan’s eyes"- it's just fascinating to have him see his brother in her.

Love this as well:
Claude’s fingers on his wrist steady his hand as he opens the door.
Such a great image of Claude supporting Peter. Fleeting and tiny, but very powerful.

Body born of fire and ash, called beautiful in the fluorescents of his dusty apartment; foreign and familiar under his fingertips and so fucking strange.

That's brilliant.

Lovely work with this, poetic. I'll be looking forward to anything else you may post. :)

Which will hopefully be soon, if all goes well. :-D

Thank you for the review! I'm really happy you liked it; I'm always so nervous about posting, and everyone's been great with their reviews, hee.

Really liked this; just breezing past, but got utterly sucked in by the storytelling. There's a bleak, compelling quality to Peter's existence here, and somehow Claude just lights him up from within.

Wonderful stuff.
