Yes, I agree.
OR when they write the other characters, they are over-exaggerated versions.
Like all Owen does is swear and drink and release his temper on others, all Gwen does is whine and be overly compassionate, all Tosh does is type on her computer and act mousy.
Like...those ARE character traits, but it's NOT all they do!
