Excellent vid. I love the way it shows the relationship between Fraser and Ray as not always rosy but evolving, full of all kinds of twists and turns. It's a complicated relationship and you don't normally get that from vids. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you very much. Yeah, see I wanted to write an angsty fic inspired by this song at first, about their relationship's ups and downs as a result of Fraser's freeze 'em out attitude. But that's already been done spectacularly a number of times, so I thought I'd vid it instead, try for something new and unfamiliar. So, yeah, I'm glad you like the complicated feel of their partnership in this. ...I'm also glad it came across as complicated, and wasn't just a random mesh of clips. I'd hoped they'd flow for other people like they seemed to for me.

Just like I love your little commentary on A Likely Story. Seriously. Who does he think he's kidding? You'd much rather be having a big, gay, story-telling campfire session with your Mountie boyfriend, and don't try to deny it, Ray!

Hee! I LOVE the fact that there is a little pup tent in evidence, and it is SO SMALL that if they sleep there? They are going to have to sleep in each other's arms. I mean, seriously. What were viewers supposed to make of that? :)

And, yes. Tending Ray's wounds. Arguably the most homoerotic moment in the whole show, in terms of the cinematography and how it was set up like a goddamn scene in a romance flick. ...And then the handcuffs come out, which gives it the kinky porn vibe, so, really, it's the best of both worlds.

Oh, Yes! Tell it, sister! What I love MOST is how Ray LETS Fraser do anything he wants, including handcuff Ray. He is the utter soul of trust in that scene. Is that not the SEXIEST thing?

I just love vids that show me something new, both in the "oh, I never thought to use that tool like that", and in the "oh... OH! Of course!" way, and this vid does both. The use of the painting tool is inspired, and the whole vid says something I'm not seen before. Its fantastic ^_^
